I recently finished working on sketch cards for Inkworks for the season one Family Guy cards. If you're not a card collector, a sketch card is an original, piece of art drawn onto a blank card that is included with a card set. They're the "chase" cards if you will, only one card per box. Each one is individually hand drawn. This is one of my favorites. I was trying to put Lois in famous poses or scenes or whatever that had a redhead in it. I did a couple of her as Lucy, and one of the whole family as the Honeymooners (which I think is my all time favor rite) with Lois as Alice of course. This was one of the first I did in the series, Lois as J. Michael Linsner's Dawn. I used Prisma markers on all the cards. You can check out all 534 of them at Inkworks.com along with the other artists that worked on the set. You can also check out the first set I did for them which was for the movie Robots.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
